Domke F-505 Lens Case, Large review

This has been a very useful lens case on my travels. Its been bigger than I had thought but its nice to be able to stuff two lenses in there during transport, very sturdy. Am a fan of Domke, I have two other Domke bags.

Only issues with this case is that Velcro strip on the side and on top, I don't really know what to do with the one on the side. Its too weak to hold itself to a strap on my Lowepro Slingshot AW 200, learned that lesson the hard way. The other thing is that the Velcro to secure the top flap is coming off. Functionally, it should be fine but I had expected more from a Domke bag.

If I had to do it over I would rather give the Lowepro Lens Case 3 a try. I do like the Domke down the side opening more than the way Lowepro has their opening from the top.
